Case Studies: Bringing Person-Centred Care to Life

See What Our Clients Experience

Mary’s Story

After a stroke and hospital stay, Mary wanted to regain independence and return to gardening. Quality Home Care created a plan with physiotherapy support and small, achievable steps. With carers who understood her passion, Mary was soon able to tend her plants and enjoy her garden again.

Ahmed’s Experience

Ahmed, living with early-onset dementia, wished to remain at home with his familiar surroundings. Quality Home Care provided consistent staff who learned his routines and interests. Carers used reminiscence therapy, played his favourite music, and worked with the family to create a memory book. These actions helped Ahmed maintain identity and comfort.

Sarah’s Journey

Sarah, a young adult with a physical disability, wanted to pursue higher education and student life. Quality Home Care offered flexible support to attend classes, complete assignments, and join social events. This empowered her to build independence and achieve her goals.

"Kindness, compassion and sometimes patience"

I am sending a big thank you to all your carers and staff for their kindness, compassion and sometimes patience in caring for my dear mum. It has been a pleasure in getting to know you and I will miss you. A special thanks to Daniel for his care over the last few weeks.
